When we talk about sweet dessert the first thing that comes to our mind is cake. It is served everywhere and at every occasion. Here's a simple and quick recipe to satisfy your cake cravings.

Ingredients:
2 eggs
1/2 cup icing sugar
1/2 cup oil
1/2 cup maida
1/2 tsp baking powder
1 tsp vanilla essence
Method:
Beat icing sugar and oil together and keep aside.
Beat eggs, add the sugar and oil mixture and add vanilla essence.
Sift all-purpose flour(maida) and baking powder and add it to the liquid mixture.
Pour the batter in the cupcake liners and bake at 180 degrees for 15 to 18 minutes and do not forget to pre-heat the oven before baking.
you can always check by inserting a tooth pick in the middle if the cupcakes are perfectly baked or not. If the tooth-pick is clean
Once the cupcakes are baked let it cool and after the cupcakes are cooled add 1 tsp of milk to it and frost the cupcakes.

NOTE: Beating the batter with an electric beater will make the batter fluffy.
This batter will make 6 normal-sized cupcakes and 4 mini cupcakes.
Frosting:
The frosting used is value star dairy free whip topping.
While whipping the cream I added a few drops of vanilla essence to give it a vanilla twist. The nozzel used is noor nozzel no 7.
NOTE: Whipped cream can be made at home ( I used a ready-made one) the mixing bowl should be chilled as well as the whipping cream and there should be a another bowl below the the mixing bowl filled with chilled water to maintain the temperature of the whipping cream.
